SGH certification process is carried out according to the following scheme: 1.Application Submission: The applicant needs to download and fill out the Halal Certification Application Form with relevant information, and then submit the completed form We Chat or email. 2.Application Review: Upon receiving the application form, SGH will conduct a preliminary review to confirm its completeness and accuracy, and simultaneously assess its suitability for Halal certification. 3.Quotation and Contract Signing: After passing the preliminary review, SGH will provide a detailed certification contract based on the applicant's specific circumstances and requirements. The contract typically outlines information such as certification fees, certification period, and required documents. 4.Document Review: SGH will carefully review all documents submitted by the applicant, including the business license, product formulas, raw material sources, etc. 5.Site-Audit: If the document review is satisfactory, an auditor team will be dispatched to the applicant's facility for a site audit. The site audit will inspect the production line, raw material storage and processing equipment, warehouses, etc., to ensure that the actual production process complies with Halal requirements. Additionally, the applicant may be required to provide product samples for testing to confirm their compliance with Halal standards. 6.Certification Decision: After completing the document review, site audit, and sample testing, a certification decision will be made based on all collected information. If the applicant meets Halal requirements, a Halal certification certificate and logo will be issued; if not, improvement suggestions will be provided, and the certification process will be repeated (or the certificate will be denied). 7.Certificate Awarding: Once the applicant obtains the Halal certification certificate, they can use the Halal logo on their products or packaging to prove compliance with Halal standards. The certificate is initially issued in electronic format, and a hard copy will be mailed to the applicant within a subsequent period. |
